Hot Feta Artichoke Dip
Preparation: 10 Minutes
Bake: 25 Minutes
Makes 2 cups

• 1 can (14 oz.) Artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
• 1 pkg. (8 oz.) Feta Cheese Crumbled
• 1 cup Mayonnaise
• ½ cup (2oz.) Shredded Parmesan Cheese
• 1 jar (2oz.) diced pimientos, drained
• 1 clove garlic, minced

Mix all ingredients

Spoon into a 9-inch pie plate or 3-cup shallow dish.

Bake at 350°F for 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Garnish with chopped tomato and sliced green onion, if desired. Serve with assorted crackers or pita triangles.
