Jen's Strawberry Blintzes

• 1 part fat free sour cream
• 1 part strawberry jam
• WW tortillas as needed
• Sugar Cinnamon Mix
• Sour cream with jam. 

Spoon one tablespoon full into tortilla and roll. Stick a toothpick in it. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Place rolled blintzes on cookie sheet and bake at 400 degrees for about 5 minutes. Remove and serve. 

Tortilla rolling tip: Place the mixture near the edge of the tortilla rather than the middle and roll from one edge to the other. This works great for making blintzes, enchiladas and any else inside tortillas.
