Holiday Fudge

Measure chips, marshmallows and nuts into a large bowl.

Combine milk and sugar in large saucepan, bring to a boil over medium heat and cook 12 to 15 minutes, stirring constantly. 

Remove from heat and stir in butter and vanilla until butter is completely melted. Pour this mixture over ingredients in bowl and stir until completely combined.

Pour into 9" X 13" pan and chill several hours.

Makes about 2 pounds
