Orange Juice Muffins
COMBINE flour, Equal, baking powder and salt in a large bowl.
ADD orange juice, margarine, egg and orange rind. Mix well.
SPRAY muffin tins with non-stick cooking spray. Fill tins 2/3 full.
BAKE at 375°F for 20-25 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
