Peachy Pudding Bake

• 8 medium peaches
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 1 cup baking mix such as Bisquick
• 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Peel and slice peaches. Sprinkle evenly with sugar and let stand 10 minutes.

Stir in baking mix and nutmeg. Turn mixture in to a greased square pan. Bake 30 to 35 minutes. 

Serve warm. Top with ice cream or whipped cream if desired.
