Tiger Butter - Peanut Butter Fudge

Line a 15 /12-by-10 1/2 inch jelly roll pan with waxed paper. Place white chocolate in a 1 1/2-quart microwave-proof bowl. Microwave on high 3 minutes or until melted. Add peanut butter and microwave on high 2 minutes or until mixture is smooth and creamy. Blend well. Spread mixture in prepared pan. In a 2-cup Pyrex measuring cup, melt chocolate morsels on high for about 2 minutes. Drizzle over peanut butter mixture and swirl with knife to make a tiger stripe pattern. Chill until set. Cut into squares. Makes 2 pounds.
