Pudding
Peach Pudding

½ cups Milk
- 1
½ cups Sugar
- Pinch
of Salt
- 2 heaping TBL of Cornstarch
- Milk
- 2-3 eggs
- 1 tsp of vanilla
- 1-2 TBL butter
- Fresh Peaches
- Graham Crackers
Combine
milk, sugar and salt and bring to a boil. When it has reached boil, combine
cornstarch with enough milk to make liquid, then add to Milk and Sugar mixture.
Take eggs and combine with part of the boiled ingredients mix then return it
back. Then add Vanilla and butter. Then Chill.
After the pudding has chilled several
hours, layer pudding, fresh sliced peaches and Graham crackers into a dish,
creating at least 2 layers.
