Cream together:

(2) (3) cups of white sugar

(2) (3) cups brown sugar
- (1)
(2) (3) cups shortening
Add:

(6) (9) eggs
- (1)
(2) (3) cups of sour milk
Add than Chill:
- (4)
(8) (12) cups of flour
- (1)
(2) (3) tsp of baking soda
- (1)
(2) (3) tsp salt
- (1)
(2) (3) tsp of nutmeg
- (2)
(4) (6) tsp. Baking powder
Roll out ¼” thick, cut and place on cookie sheet,
sprinkle with sugar.
Bake
about 9 to 13 minutes at 375°F
