Chinese Sweet and Sour Pork

Brown pork in oil or shortening. Add water. Cook slowly on low for one hour.

Combine and cook in microwave until thick. Stir often. Pour over and mix with ribs. Let sit for 10 minutes.

Add after sauce has set. Cook about 3 minutes. serve over cooked rice.
