Ham Fried Rice

Heat oil in large fry pan. Add diced ham and onions. Fry for one minute. At other side of pan add eggs and stir with fork until cooked. Add precooked rice and stir all together. Sprinkle on soy sauce and pepper to taste.

Serve with fresh vegetable or salad.

Rice

Bring water to full boil. Add shortening and rice. Steam on low heat for 20 minutes.
