Vickie's Stew

You can add any veggie you like.
Serve with rice or potato. For marinade I use Grill Creations.
- 1 pound beef stew meat
- 1 package marinade sauce
- 1 each green, yellow, red peppers, in small pieces
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 4 carrots, sliced
Marinate beef, saving the marinade. When ready to
cook, take a large piece of foil and add all ingredients, with 1/2 cup of
marinade sauce. Fold foil together flat; then add another piece of foil, folding
it over the first one.
Cook on the grill for about 45 minutes or until done.
