Soup

Potato Soup

• 3 cups (4 med) Potatoes, diced
• 1/4 cup Onion, chopped or 1 T instant minced onion
• 1/2 tsp Salt
• 1 1/2 cup Water

Combine in 2 quart casserole dish and cook covered in oven for 12 minutes or until potatoes are almost tender. (May use large pan on top of stove)

• 2 T Flour
• 2 Cups Milk

Dissolve flour in a small amount of milk. Stir flour mixture and remaining milk into potatoes.

Cook uncovered 3 minutes or until mixture boils
